For the Mercy Connect re-brand the main thing we wanted to achieve was a softer, more welcoming identity. We understood that Mercy Connect was dealing with people in need and the brand should feel warm and approachable.
The website was designed to be clean, friendly and easy to navigate for any user. The new website provides current and potential clients and their families with the information they require in a way that is approachable, trustworthy, honest and simple.
