Our focus has always been on building great relationships between our clients and their customers. Our reward is the exciting connections we have built with those clients.

Along the way we have great fun creating websites, designing brochures, producing TVCs, and planning innovative marketing and media strategies.

BEN HOLLANDS

MANAGING DIRECTOR

As founder of Dutch Media, Ben has an extensive background in the advertising industry. After completing studies in Marketing and Communications Ben gained extensive media knowledge in roles within the television and radio industries including key roles with leading networks Southern Cross Broadcasting, Channel 9 and Austereo.

In 2006 Ben moved to leading Adelaide advertising agency THEM Advertising, managing an extremely diverse range of national, state based and local clients using a number of different marketing platforms, before establishing Dutch Media in 2010.

MICK RANDALL

DIRECTOR

Mick joined Dutch media as a director in 2011 after a long and distinguished career in the television industry. Originally from the Goulburn Valley district Michael began his television career in Shepparton with Southern Cross Ten before moving into key leadership and management roles with Southern Cross and then Macquarie Media’s television and radio division in Albury.

Mick’s thorough understanding of media and marketing strategies put his clients in a strong position to plan implement successful and relevant campaigns across a variety of platforms.

GAVIN HUGHES

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Gavin has worked across all mediums on numerous clients such as Bunnings Warehouse, Red Rooster, Retravision, Toyota, Peet Estates, Homemakers and Yamaha Music Australia.

Gavin’s passion for design and art direction combined with his experience on large national accounts has given him the skills to create campaigns that cut through.

JUSTIN MOON

HEAD OF PRODUCTION & DIGITAL

Justin joined the Dutch Media team in 2012 after spending time with both Prime7 & Southern Cross Austereo. Having completed a Multimedia degree, Justin works on a wide range of mediums from television to web design and development.

LISA HOLLANDS

ACCOUNTS & ADMINISTRATION

Lisa is a foundation member of the Dutch Media team and co-owner of the business. Prior to having three children, Lisa gained experience as a personal assistant and office manager in the financial planning and insurance industries in Adelaide.

NATALIE BEDDOES

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Natalie came to Dutch Media in July 2016 after spending 8 successful years at Fairfax Media working in both a print and digital environment. Nat was a leader in sales strategy and development which saw her awarded with Sales Person of the Year in 2015 for Australian Community Media. Nat’s passion is in building successful relationships with clients by creating innovative, dynamic and successful campaigns with a holistic and strategic approach.

KIERAN HOOPER

DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER

Kieran joins Dutch Media in November 2016, after 10 years with Fairfax Media in various production management roles. With a career spanning account management, client service and media buying, as well as multimedia design and production, he has also had considerable interstate experience, having worked in Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide, and for the past three years, here in Wodonga. He is looking forward to getting back into agency work and the opportunity to assist with media buying and creative strategies for all our clients.

VAUGHAN FILES

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Vaughan joined the Dutch team in March 2015 as an Account Manager after completing an internship at Mars Wodonga. Qualified with a Bachelor of Business Management/Marketing, Vaughan works with a diverse range of clients in implementing and executing effective marketing strategies.

JAZLYN McMILLAN

MEDIA CO-ORDINATOR

After graduating from Murray High School in 2015, Jaz joined the Dutch Media team as our administration assistant. And now recently being promoted to Media Co-ordinator, Jaz now helps deliver media for all clients across TV, radio, print and online mediums.

KYLIE KING

COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIST

Kylie has an extensive career in the media industry as a copywriter, radio and television journalist, presenter and producer. Kylie joins Dutch Media as a Communications Strategist. Using her radio, television and online writing and communications skills, Kylie will work with Dutch Media staff to deliver media, marketing and communications strategies for their clients.

SAM HANLON

MEDIA MANAGER

After working with some of Australia’s largest advertising agencies & across a wide range of clients in Sydney and Melbourne.

Sam settled in the north east of Victoria and brings with her over 20 years of media planning and buying experience to the Dutch team.

BEN McLEISH

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Ben joined Dutch after working in the Graphics Department at Mars Petcare and spending 5 years at local design studio Bluehaus.

Ben has a signwriting background and a thorough knowledge of the various print mediums ranging from large format printing through to packaging.

MARTY JONES

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Marty’s experience in graphic design, marketing and digital media spans more than 25 years, having worked for a wide variety of organisations in the US and Australia.

Marty has expertise in brand development, and is highly skilled in developing sales and marketing collateral for large corporations through to not-for-profit organisations.

DANIELLE O’SHEA

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

With extensive experience in the graphic design and marketing industries. Working most recently as Marketing Coordinator at ClubMulwala.

Having started her career at Cato Purnell Partners in Melbourne, Danielle gained extensive experience in branding; working with clients such as BenQ, Tourism NT & Air India.

BRI ANSON

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

With comprehensive knowledge and experience in branding and packaging design. Bri has worked for firms such as McCain Foods, FairFax Media and John Jewell Design.

After moving to the Albury-Wodonga region, Bri focused her skills on the wine & food industry, creating globally recognisable brands for countries such as Germany, China and the US.

JODIE McMASTER

PRODUCER

Jodie joined the Dutch Media team with a wealth of experience in many forms of digital production. Jodie has spent time managing a photography studio and more recently was the head of production for Win Television Albury.

DAVE NEWTON

PRODUCER/DIGITAL DEVELOPER

Dave joined the team in 2016, bringing with him a background in videography, editing, effects, web and motion graphics.

His passion and enthusiasm for his field has seen him work with high profile clients/organisations across Australia.

SHANE KENNETT

WEB DEVELOPER

With over 17 years of web development experience, Shane joined the Dutch Media team in 2015.

His experience ranges from front end responsive web design to complex back-end PHP web based systems.

JOSH MAPLEY

JUNIOR WEB DEVELOPER

With a background in design in photography, Josh branched into website design and found his niche.

Josh has developed a passion for user interface design and creating websites that are visually pleasing and easy to use.

BRIDIE CELIN

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

After recently moving back to the Albury-Wodonga area, Bridie joins the Dutch Media team as our Administration Assistant.

She is completing her Certificate III in Business as part of her Administration Traineeship, while pursuing her passion for Media and Production.

GORDON HOLLANDS

TURTLE RESOURCES

Gordon was turtley happy to join the growing Dutch team when we moved into our new offices late in 2016.

Situated in a prominent position downstairs, Gordon says he’s having a ‘shell of a good time’ getting to know everyone.
